Quarter Beef Package (Deposit Only) | $6.50/LB

A quarter of beef needs about 4 cubic feet. Needed freezer space varies with the choice of cuts and packaged weights also. Price is for deposit only. Final remaining cost will be determined later according to hanging weight.

On average, the amount of beef you will take home with a 1/4 is around 140 lbs. This will vary based on the actual hanging weight of the animal and the cuts you choose.  Cost is $6.50/lb hanging weight (includes processor fees).
