Meet the Cattlemen and their Families

 The Nelson family originally started farming in the beautiful Etowah Valley in Euharlee, Georgia back in 1852. For five generations, the Nelson family has been growing beef in this area. In that time, we have learned a thing or two when it comes to beef. Brent & Elise are the current generation running this time honored family business. Brent’s grandfather, Jimmie, purchased a herd of Registered Polled Herford in 1974, and in 1997, we started cross breeding the Herford and Angus blood lines. Still to this day, our current herd can trace its lineage back to that original herd. It's one of the many things we do as we strive to raise the highest quality Angus/Herford Beef.

The Flores family moved to Euharlee in 2010. They have been essential to the continued successful production of our premium beef. In 2016, they started their own heard of our Angus and Herford beef, and are committed to upholding our quality standards. 

We have combined our efforts and generational experience to provide a product that's consistent with our core values, at the end of the day, our mission is simple.
